Assumption of Risk: - I understand and acknowledge that using a golf cart involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, or even death. These risks may be caused by the actions or inactions of myself, other participants. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to the use of the golf cart.*

Waiver and Release: - I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, its owners, employees, and agents from liability from all claims, including negligence, resulting in personal injury, accidents, illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from my use of the golf cart.*

 Indemnification: - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of my involvement in or use of the golf cart, and to reimburse the Company for any such expenses incurred.*

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: - I agree to follow all rules and regulations provided by the Company regarding the safe operation and use of the golf cart. - I will not operate the golf cart under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I understand that the Company reserves the right to terminate my rental without refund if I fail to comply with these rules.*

Damage and Loss: - I agree to be responsible for any damage to or loss of the golf cart during the rental period, including repair or replacement costs.*

Miscellaneous Provisions: - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Mississippi. - If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and myself and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, fully understood its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.*
